All our items are made with high quality materials. Items that are made of leather need to be treated carefully.

Your receipt will only be sent by email and will not be included in the shipped box. 

 

 

Shipping

 

All your items will be sent to you with standard or priority mail. The products will be shipped through Swiss Post.

Our products can be shipped worldwide. See below in order to see in which shipping zone you are.

 

Zone 1: Switzerland: approx. 2-3 business days via standard-shipping

Zone 2: Europe: approx. 4-8 business days via standard-shipping

Zone 3: All other countries: approx. 7-14 business days via standard-shipping

 

 

Return

 

All items on sale cannot be returned. Items that are returned must not be worn, washed or altered and are only accepted with the original tags. The person returning the item(s) is paying for the shipping costs. We only accept returns within 14 days after the order arrived at the customer.

Your refund will be transferred to your paypal or bank account after having received the item(s). Cancellation fees may be charged. Guivre reserves the right to refuse returns (due to size changes) from any client. Guivre cannot guarantee that the requested model is available in the demanded size.

 

 

Item availability

 

If the size you are looking for is currently not available, it will normally be restocked within two weeks. Restocking information will continuously be updated through our Instagram account.
